Hello, I am Kavita and I lead enterprise transformation where AI and technology need to meet operational excellence.
Engineer by education, with a PhD and a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Fifteen-plus years driving transformation across chemicals, technology, logistics, finance and life sciences, having held regional and global roles in multinational organisations.
My experience includes developing and implementing organisation-wide training and upskilling at Clariant, leading global customer experience for AWS Support and directing prototyping in agentic AI, spatial computing, industrial IoT and edge computing across various sectors.
Hands-on experience across regulated industries as well as supply chain, commercial and operational domains, allowing a strategic view across the entire value chain.
My working style favours long-term vision over short-term fixes. My leadership style is people-first, focused on creating win-win outcomes. I implement structure without bureaucracy and, as a scientist at heart, I'd rather ask a good question than assume I already know the answer.
Having lived in 20+ countries, I bring a broad international perspective to my chosen home country of Switzerland to help organisations navigate different markets, cultures and ways of working.
Outside of work, it's sailing and motorcycling. On rainy days, it's museums or a good sci-fi book.
